Pastor Andrew

was ordained in 2015 before accepting the call as Associate Pastor to St. James. In 2022, he was called as the Lead Pastor at St. James.

Pastor Andrew is married to Christina and they have two children:  Gabrielle and Noah. He enjoys playing sports of all kind, especially soccer and basketball.

Pastor Andrew graduated from Penn State Harrisburg in 2009 and the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Gettysburg in May 2015. His ordination marked a milestone not only for the Geib family, but also for the Lower Susquehanna Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America as it was the first time the synod has had three generations of pastors in one family!


Pastor Libby Baker-Mikesell

joined the St. James staff as the Seminary Intern for her final year at ULS in 2023. In February 2024, she was called by the St. James Congregation as Pastor, and ordained to the Ministry of Word and Sacrament on May 5, 2024.

Libby grew up on a beef cattle farm in Juniata County, PA and was very active in FFA leadership. Libby graduated from Penn State in 2020 with a degree in Agri & Soil Science. Immediately following graduation, she began her Master of Divinity at United Lutheran Seminary.

Libby enjoys running, baking, and reading, and her cat, Earl Grey.
